Camp Rules:

Arrive 15 minutes before camp begins, this is called prep time. Prep time is used to prepare your mind and body for an attempted work load. Get plenty of sleep the night before. Bring a drinking bottle for hydration and a hat to protect face and eyes from the sun. Pack an inhaler and sun block if necessary. A signed waiver and a current copy of a physical exam are required before the first session.

Camp Dress Code:

Bring a pair of grass cleats and a pair of cross training shoes to every session. Athletic shoes are the best training shoes. Bring an extra shirt to change into after a session. No phones are allowed in use during a session (only emergencies). Pack your bag the night before to ensure that you have all you need.

Food is Fuel.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. The energy that is required to keep the body effeciently active while performing drills for 2-3 hours will primarily come from the food you consume before arriving to a session. Consume this meal no later than 7:30 am. The later you consume this meal, the lighter the meal should be. It is very important that a meal is consumed immediatley after a training session. This meal replinishes the fuel storage for later use. The replinishing window will last about 45 minutes.
